BUSINESS ANALYST – ACCOUNTING SOLUTIONS

This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in business matters related to accounting and back-office settlement processing for major financial institutions and large multi-national corporations. Will also have direct interaction with our system implementation teams and customers, structuring internal processes and advising clients on the efficient generation of settlement documents, the creation of client-specific interface applications and the creation of ledger entries to support management accounting/reporting requirements. In addition, will participate in the structural design of new accounting products and assist our sales/implementation teams with the demonstration and configuration of our software.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Degree in accounting, economics, science or engineering with a background in business
• 2 or more years experience in back/mid office processing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills a must
• Experience in market pricing of financial instruments/commodities a plus
• CPA or chartered status and experience with Oracle/Sybase/MSSQL a plus
• Travel is required
