CLIENT SUPPORT ANALYSTS

Individual will be responsible for daily production support on OpenLink’s Endur (Energy) and Findur (Financial) Trading and Risk Management Systems. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and technical problem solving abilities.

As a client support analyst, individuals will be responsible for client facing communication, daily service request management, maintenance of the CRM system and communication with various functional areas throughout the company. The position will require experience developing and maintaining client relationships, and will require deep technical experience.
