OpenLink, a leading software developer of trading and risk management software for the financial and energy sectors worldwide, is looking for an entry level programmer/developer to write scripts.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Test, debug, and maintain existing custom scripts
- Adhere to established coding guidelines
- Develop technical specifications and perform QA for scripts developed by others
- Write technical and end-user documentation
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- A bachelor''s degree in computer science, or other technical areas
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- 1-2 years AVS experience in C, C++ is preferred
- Strong knowledge of JAVA
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting financial or energy trading and/or trading operations is a must
- Solid understanding of OpenLink''s simulation results, particularly the greeks, and market index structures is a plus
- Experience in OpenLink's financial AVS development is a very big plus
- Travel is required to client sites located in the US, Canada and elsewhere
- Must be willing to travel 50% domestically and internationally
