ACCOUNT MANAGER — NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY
OpenLink seeks a qualified individual to join our professional services staff as an Account Manager for our North American Energy division based in Houston. The Account Manager will manage a number of ongoing client relationships within our currently installed client base for our enterprise-wide energy trading and transaction management software, and serve as these clients' principal point of contact after the initial deployment of the software. Primary responsibility includes the identification and production of additional revenue opportunities, which will include sales of additional licenses, product modules, and professional services. The Account Manager will meet with clients frequently on-site and maintain phone contact on a weekly-minimum basis, and will be responsible for authoring and presenting sales proposals, statements of work, financial metrics, and other client correspondence. Other duties include supporting and planning upgrades, answering product functionality questions, maintaining license keys, managing software release requests, tracking issue logs, coordinating with product support for issue triage and resolution, and obtaining requested technical, functional, and marketing documentation.
