PROJECT MANAGER

Seeking a deeply experienced, road-warrior project manager to lead teams of multi-discipline professionals in the deployment of our enterprise-wide energy trading and transaction management application software. Position requires exceptional organization, negotiation, communication and planning skills with the ability to successfully manage client expectations. Proven professional with the capacity to manage and balance scope, risk, cost and quality throughout the entire project lifecycle. Must be able to lead and motivate a diverse resource mix ranging from junior developers to 20-year business professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• 10 years of prior project management experience with comprehensive project lifecycles in enterprise software deployment
• Desire to travel full-time to client locations throughout North America
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Significant hands-on experience with structured project and/or professional services methodologies
• Proven leadership skills with teams of five or more professionals
• 1–3 years of experience in the energy trading complex
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage client expectations and coordinate business resources
• Professional accreditation preferred
