Board of Directors

Timothy T. Yates has been on OpenLink’s Board of Directors since 2000.

Mr. Yates served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director of Symbol from February 2006 to January 2007. From January 2007 to June 2007, he was a Senior Vice President of Motorola, Inc.'s Enterprise Mobility business, responsible for Motorola's integration of Symbol. From August 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Yates served as an independent consultant to Symbol.

From October 2002 to November 2005, Mr. Yates served as a partner and Chief Financial Officer of Saguenay Capital, a boutique investment firm. Prior to that, he served as a founding partner of Cove Harbor Partners, a private investment and consulting firm, which he helped establish in 1996.

From 1971 through 1995, Mr. Yates held a number of senior leadership roles at Bankers Trust New York Corporation, including serving as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer from 1990 through 1995.

Mr. Wohl's expertise is in technology development and innovation. He is currently the CEO of Nanoscale Components, a startup developing novel chemistry, lighter materials, and a radically simpler manufacturing process to produce batteries at lower cost. He also serves on the board of Kronos, the global leader in workforce management systems.

In addition, he has been an active investor in software and materials sciences companies, has advised multiple Silicon Valley startup efforts, has consulted on private equity buyouts and has served on non-profit boards. Previously Mr. Wohl served as an executive vice president at Oracle Corporation, where he grew Oracle's application business from a startup to $1.6 billion of revenue, building a global team of 6500 people, and achieving high rates of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Mr. Wohl earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. degree in Physics from Harvard College.

Mr. Tunnell is a Managing Director of Hellman & Friedman. He leads the firm's efforts to invest in the software and insurance sectors.

He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of GeoVera Insurance Group Holdings, Ltd., and a Director of Datatel, Inc., Kronos Incorporated, OpenLink Financial, Inc. and Sedgwick CMS. He was formerly a Director of Activant Solutions, Inc., Arch Capital Group Ltd., Blackbaud, Inc., Intergraph Corporation, PARIS RE Holdings Limited, and Vertafore, Inc.

Mr. Tunnell originally joined the Firm in 1994. Previously, he was employed by the Banking Group of Lazard Frères & Co. in New York.

Mr. Tunnell graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Farkas is a Director at Hellman & Friedman in the New York office. He is a Director of Getty Images, Inc., OpenLink Financial, Inc. and Sheridan Holdings, Inc.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2006, Mr. Farkas was employed by Bain Capital in London, and worked as a management consultant with Bain & Company in Boston.

Mr. Farkas graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
